Alkonic ships all products from our warehouse in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. Delivery and installation are coordinated together — our technician delivers and installs the unit in a single visit wherever possible, minimising disruption to your routine.

01 Coverage Areas

We deliver and install across 500+ cities and towns in India, including all Tier 1, Tier 2, and major Tier 3 cities. Key metro hubs include:

  • Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur (Maharashtra)
  • Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad (NCR)
  • Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi (South India)
  • Ahmedabad, Surat, Indore, Bhopal (Central & West)
  • Kolkata, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh (East & North)

If your city is not listed, call us — we very likely cover it. For genuinely remote areas, additional lead time may apply.

02 Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai): 3–5 business days from order confirmation.
  • Tier 2 cities: 5–7 business days.
  • Tier 3 cities and towns: 7–10 business days.
  • Remote areas: 10–14 business days. Our team will confirm a specific date at the time of order.

All timelines are estimates. We notify you via SMS/WhatsApp at dispatch and again 24 hours before delivery.

03 Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery (within 500 km of Bhiwandi): Free of charge.
  • Long-distance delivery (beyond 500 km): Freight cost included in the product price for most models. Our sales team will confirm at time of quote for very heavy or custom items.
  • Express delivery: Available on request for metro cities — additional charges apply (typically ₹500–₹1,500 depending on weight and location).

04 Installation Scheduling

Installation is performed by Alkonic-certified technicians and is included at no extra charge for all products. Here's how it works:

  • Once your order is dispatched, our regional service team will call you to confirm a convenient installation date and time window.
  • Installation typically takes 3–5 hours. Please ensure an adult is present at the premises.
  • The technician will perform a post-installation water quality check and walk you through the product operation before leaving.
  • If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 12 hours in advance.

05 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation via SMS and WhatsApp with an AWB/docket number.
  • A tracking link for the logistics partner (where available).
  • A call or WhatsApp message from our regional team 24 hours before delivery to confirm the arrival window.

06 Packaging & Safety

All Alkonic products are packed in heavy-duty corrugated cartons with foam padding, corner protectors, and tamper-evident sealing. Shipments are insured at full product value. In the unlikely event of transit damage:

  • Document the damage with photos before accepting the delivery (if visible on the outer carton).
  • Report to us within 48 hours of delivery — we will arrange replacement at no cost.

07 Delays

Alkonic is not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Natural events (floods, cyclones, bandh, government orders).
  • Logistics partner delays beyond our control.
  • Customer unavailability at the scheduled delivery time (rescheduling applies).
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery address provided at order time.

We will proactively notify you of any expected delays and provide a revised delivery window.

08 Remote Locations

For locations beyond our standard service network (remote hills, islands, or restricted zones), delivery may be arranged to the nearest accessible town. Our team will coordinate with you on the best approach, which may include:

  • Delivery to a nearby town for customer pickup.
  • Third-party installation partnership (verified by Alkonic).
  • Extended lead time with technician travel arrangement.
