01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or using any Alkonic service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02 Products & Services

Alkonic offers water treatment products including water softeners, pro filters, booster pumps, and alkaline ionizers, along with associated installation and AMC services. All product descriptions, specifications and images on our website are for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially reduce the product's performance.

03 Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is binding.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment (partial or full advance as agreed with our sales team).
• Alkonic reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued promptly.

04 Installation

Installation is performed by Alkonic-certified technicians or authorised service partners. The customer is responsible for:

• Providing a suitable installation location with access to the main water inlet.
• Ensuring a continuous power supply (where applicable).
• Any civil or plumbing work beyond standard connections.

Alkonic is not liable for damage arising from incorrect installation instructions provided by the customer or pre-existing plumbing deficiencies.

05 Warranty

Products are covered under the warranty terms specified on their respective product pages. In general:

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
• Warranty is void if the product is damaged due to misuse, tampering, use with incompatible chemicals, or installation by non-authorised personnel.
• Warranty claims must be submitted via our helpline or email with proof of purchase.

06 Intellectual Property

All content on the Alkonic website — including text, images, logos, product names, and design — is the intellectual property of Alkonic Industries or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Alkonic's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our products/services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury unrelated to product defects.

08 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content.
• Resell Alkonic products without prior written authorisation as an authorised dealer.

09 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services for any user who violates these Terms, without notice and without liability. AMC contracts may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice, subject to pro-rata refund of any prepaid amounts.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
